Dit Da Jow (Northern Shaolin). 116g dried herb kit Makes 1 litre of Dit Da Jow (1 litre wide neck jar required).ย Kit Contains 1 muslin filter cloth 50cm x 50cm, 2 coffee filters & 2 x 100ml bottles and 2 spray atomisers. This Kit should make up 8 x 100ml bottles of Dit Da Jow.ย Making your own Dit Da Jow is a cheaper option if you are using larger quantities of Dit Da Jow.ย You can use Vodka, or surgical spirit (99% ethanol) to macerate the herbs and it is recommended that the herbs undergo a six month to a year maceration process in which the active ingredients of the nineteen different Chinese raw herbs are extracted into vodka or surgical spirit. Once made this Liniment can be used for all sorts of injuries including bruising, muscle tears, ligament injuries and broken bones. For those Martial Arts enthusiasts that are undergoing Iron Palm Training the formulation has many similarities with Shattering Palm Iron Palm Jow and thus can be used as an Iron Palm Liniment. Herbs supplied in the kit are Ru Xiang (Frankincense) Mo Yao (Myrrh) Hong Hua (Safflower) Dang Gui Wei (Angelica Tail) Zhi Shi (Immature Bitter Orange) Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum) Chuan Niu Xi (Cyathula Root) Chen Xiang (Aquilaria Wood) Tao Ren (Peach Kernel) Mu Xiang (Auklandia) Jing Jie (Schizonepeta) Chi Shao (Red Peony) Jie Geng (Platycodon) Zhi Zi (Gardenia Fruit) Bai Shao (White Peony Long Gu (Fossilized Mammal Bones).
